张议聪,博士,2019年10月至今就职于集美大学理学院光电信息与工程专业,长期从事纳米材料与器件与类比IC方面的研究,担任本科生《光电检测与测试技术》、《大学物理》、《模拟电子线路》、《工程光学》、《数字电路与逻辑设计》等课程的教学工作。近年个人的专业研究主要分为1. 红外线发光组件方面: 研究有不同形狀周期性孔洞数组金属之輻射異常穿透现象及表面电浆子特性,将其应用來制作电浆子红外线热发射器,并用來研究綠豆、阿拉伯芥、大肠杆菌、癌细胞在红外线照射下对生长之影响, 并应用到生质能及治癌技术。2. 红外线侦测组件方面: 用InAs/GaAs自我组成 (self-assembly)量子点(环)结构来做红外线侦测器 (quantum dot (ring) infrared photodetectors:QDIP (QRIP)),此技术可以提升侦测频率的带宽至兆赫等级(THz),同时维持高的检测率(detectivity)。也利用表面电浆子效应,将金属周期孔洞结构搭载在QDIP上,我们可以得到窄频和双波段(3-5 mm, 8-12mm)的光响应频谱。3.在太阳能电池方面: 利用大面积六边形柱状周期奈米结构局限的表面电浆子特性作背电极,制作非晶硅太阳电池元。4.有机材料方面: 有发光二极管及太阳能电池。5.石墨烯材料的场发射电子组件。6. 模拟IC设计方面: (1)利用超级源极随耦器(super-source follower)改善线性电压调整器(LDO)中被动组件(pass element)闸极(Gate)端所对应到的阻抗,进而改善线性电压调整器的电压转动率(slew-rate)、及过冲电压(overshoot voltage);(2)LED driver IC。

Yi-Tsung Chang Phd work at the department of physics, school of science, Jimei University from 10 2019. The research topics are to develop surface plasmons applied to green energy devices, plasmonic thermal emitter, solar cell, GaN LED (HEMT) and Polarized-OLED etc.. His has studied in the compound semiconductor device area for more than 15 years. His main achievements include more than 50 international conferences, more than 40 SCI international journals, and 4 patents. His professional research mainly includes the following: 1. In infrared light-emitting devices: The studied characteristics of different metal arrays with periodic holes, and it applied to the plasmon infrared thermal emitters. 2. In infrared photodetectors: The InAs / GaAs self-assembly quantum dot (ring) infrared photodetectors (QDIP (QRIP)) structure is used. This technology can increase the detection frequency bandwidth to megahertz level (THz) and high detection rate. Such as the QDIP characteristics can be observed that the narrow-band and dual band (3-5mm, 8-12mm) optical response spectrum. 3. In solar cells: The amorphous silicon solar cells are fabricated by using the local surface plasmon (LSP) characteristics of large area hexagonal columnar periodic structure as the back electrode. 4. In organic materials: it was studied and applied to LED and solar cells. 5. In graphene materials: It was studied and applied to field emission device. 6. In analog IC design: (1) The super source follower is used to improve the gate impedance of the passive component in the linear voltage regulator (LDO), so as to improve the voltage rate and overshoot voltage of the LDO; (2) LED driver IC.
